Here‘s some products picked out by Alice of Aloë Earrings.
First up is the absolutely stunning work from PinkVine. Akaibi creates colourful concrete homeware from her studio in South Manchester. Each of her stylish pieces are blended and poured by hand, which result in fun, unpredictable designs that are totally unique. We’re currently obsessed with these new colourful plates which are utterly gorgeous paired with a Maja Piechocka candle for a bold centrepiece.
Gra creates handcrafted contemporary homeware and jewellery which is consciously designed and made from their studio in Manchester. Minimalistic in design, neutral palettes and simplicity inspires much of their work. We’re in love with their hair slides, in particular this Terrazzo hair clip which would look mega cute with any outfit.
Solu Candles from Cheshire are two friends who both share a passion for quality artisan products that not only look good, but are expertly crafted. Hand poured in small batches, these chic candles are made using 100% soy wax and premium fragrance oils. Today’s top pick is the beautiful Frosted Cranberry scent which is available as a candle, reed diffuser and wax melts.
Next up is Grace Cooper with her hand crafted homeware and gifts. Her use of colour and line is gorgeous, abstract hand painted designs in warm complimentary colours spread across her range of plant pots, vases and coasters. We love the colours on this navy and peach circular vase, but the whole collection is so beautiful and striking!
Armed with a pocket full of Pantone’s and an eye for colour matching, Mary from Colours of Sheffield creates fun and colourful prints. Our favourites include the Wave Your Flag print and the Colours of Manchester print which is the perfect gift for your Manchester loving friend.
As you can see there is an incredible array of designers and makers here at Next, but only for a limited time only! Be sure to visit the Made Local Pop-Up in Next Arndale Manchester before Christmas to see all the above amazing small businesses and so many more.
