1. Support small businesses by shopping at the Curated Makers Summer Market

Let’s start with shopping! This August, you can explore and shop from an amazing line-up of over 60 small businesses (a different 20 each week) right in the heart of Turbine Hall B. Offering an unmissable experience that you just can’t find online, get ready to discover one-of-a-kind products and say hello to the passionate makers behind them. From jewellery and candles, to art and homewares, there’ll be plenty for curious shoppers to discover.

2. Get inspired in the official Team GB Battersea Power Station fan zone
Before you get Paris Olympics FOMO, head on over to the official Team GB Battersea Power Station fan zone. Soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the live sporting action on a big outdoor screen and get involved with plenty of fun activities too. There’s an interactive cycling challenge, an AR installation which connects fans directly with the Team GB House in Paris and lots of ways for you to embrace the Olympic and Paralympic spirit.

3. Get active with family-friendly summer sports
Are your children bursting with energy? Maybe you have a budding athlete in the family or you’re just looking to try something new. Well, this summer, Battersea Power Station is hosting their summer of sports and games. There’s lots of free and ticketed, family-friendly activities, including a 100m running track, rocket padel, breaking classes, boxing classes, fast-feet football, a climbing wall, giant lawn games and loads more!

4. Anyone for ping pong?
This August, Bounce celebrates its one year anniversary at Battersea Power Station. And it’s been a real, er, hit, with top marks for a super fun night out! You can use one of Bounce’s regular tables or go high-tech and interactive with an AI powered self-scoring table. With yummy sourdough pizzas, a great drinks choice, plus resident DJ sets, it’s a great place to hang out with your friends and work colleagues till late.

5. Marvel in awe at the stunning new art installation
'Together We Rise’ is a new art installation in partnership with POoR Collective, a London-based design practice that seeks to get young voices heard through art and design in the local environment. Its collection of 100 flags, suspended from the ceiling in Turbine Hall A and B, draws its inspiration from the stunning sunrises and sunsets over the Power Station. With its bright colours and bold designs, it really must be seen!

6. The ultimate movie experience in the Cinema In The Power Station
Immerse yourself in the latest releases in the magnificent Cinema In The Power Station. With its state-of-the-art sound, sumptuous reclining seating and a fabulous selection of drinks and treats, that can be enjoyed at your seat, it’s the ultimate cinema experience. What’s more, look out for complimentary screenings of Mamma Mia, Barbie and Rocky on the big screen in Power Station Park in August as well.

7. A view like no other up Lift 109
A simply unmissable viewing experience! Take in the panoramic view across London, up one of the beautifully restored iconic chimneys. Your journey to the top starts in Turbine Hall A where you’ll discover and learn about the building’s rich history and its transformation over time. You’ll ascend 109 metres up the north-west chimney in a circular glass elevator and when reaching the top, you’ll take in a view like no other.

8. Chill out at ArcadeX
Down by the jetty at Battersea Power Station is ArcadeX. The perfect summer hotspot and a real buzzy place to be! With mountains of choice from its extensive global street food menu, refreshing drinks, and live DJ sets, it’s an ideal combination for a fab night out. All set on the banks of the River Thames with the Battersea Power Station as your backdrop, it also has a fully retractable roof, so come rain or shine, it’s the ideal place to meet up.

9. Alfresco nights at Joia Rooftop Bar
From the alfresco terrace on the 16th floor of art’otel, enjoy the spectacular views overlooking the Battersea Power Station. Celebrate the dishes of Michelin-starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, blending the best of British and Iberian produce. Enjoy a fabulous selection of Iberian-spiced inspired cocktails, along with Portuguese and Spanish wines. An ideal chilled night out.
