COMPLAINTS: We are committed to providing exceptional service and we set clear standards and values for all members of the Curated Makers team. 

If you are unhappy with the service you have received at one of our Pop-Ups, please complete the form below and make sure to include your contact details, the nature of your complaint, what went wrong and where (i.e. the specific Pop-Up location) and what you think needs to be done to put things right. 
A member of Curated Makers HQ will respond within 10 working days with either a full response or an update if further investigation time is needed.
