From Shetland originally, one of my main inspirations is the isles. I am interested in documenting things that mean a lot to me and my best work is often produced when I have a personal connection to the piece. As a result, places, community, culture and wildlife feature strongly throughout my work.

Having tried several different mediums, I have found that my main passion is watercolour. I often also use mixed media, bringing in line work using fineliners. My style of work is bold, using vivid colours (and as many of them as possible) in each design. I sell a range of original artwork, art prints, cards, stationery & homewares.
