After I had my second daughter, I struggled with losing my identify a little and wanted a way of doing something manageable for me. I had completed an art degree at university but went straight into primary teaching so it had been a while since I had picked up a pencil with any intention.

My drawings were, and still are heavily influenced by daughters' and my own love of children's literature and animals. I paint cute whimsical characters and creatures that in turn create family keepsakes for nursery walls and gifts. I now recreate all my paintings onto prints, cards and gifts as well as offering those bespoke pieces of affordable art for the new addition wow factor.
